Hyderabad | May 2, 2026: In a significant gesture highlighting patriotism and nation-building initiatives, the poster of the upcoming web series Hum Desh Premi was formally presented to the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, Shiv Pratap Shukla, at Raj Bhavan (Lok Bhavan), Hyderabad.
The delegation was led by Major General N. Srinivas Rao (Retd.), President, Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha, Telangana, along with Chief Executive Advisors Lt. Gen. K. Ravi Prasad PVSM, VSM (Retd.) and V. S. Bhaskar, IAS (Retd.), and Treasurer M. N. Mitra.
During the meeting, the delegation briefed the Governor on the concept and objectives behind the Hum Desh Premi web series, which aims to inspire patriotism, highlight the contributions of armed forces personnel, and encourage civic responsibility among citizens. The initiative is part of a broader vision to actively engage veterans and patriotic individuals in nation-building efforts.
Discussions also focused on the organisation’s long-term roadmap aligned with the national goal of transforming India into a Viksit Bharat by 2047. The representatives emphasized the importance of integrating the experience and discipline of armed forces veterans with public participation to strengthen the country’s socio-economic and cultural fabric.
Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla appreciated the initiative and acknowledged the role of such creative and social efforts in fostering national pride and unity. He encouraged the organisation to continue its work in mobilizing citizens, especially the youth, towards constructive nation-building activities.
The Hum Desh Premi web series is expected to showcase inspiring stories rooted in patriotism and service, reflecting the spirit of “Nation First.”
