Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Mr. A. Revanth Reddy launched the Telangana MSME Policy 2024. On this occasion, he said, “I am confident that Telangana’s budget will increase from ₹3 lakh crore to ₹7 lakh crore by 2028, and for this, the support of MSMEs is essential.”
“MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Telangana must become stronger. To achieve economic growth in the state, industries must progress. For this, the public will have full support from the government. No sector can achieve development without a policy, which is why the MSME Policy 2024 has been introduced specifically for the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Telangana,” the Chief Minister said.
“If MSMEs become stronger, employment and livelihood opportunities in the state will improve. The public government will provide full support for this.” The Chief Minister urged MSMEs to participate in the goal of making Telangana a trillion-dollar economy.
Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and Minister of Industries and IT Mr. D. Sridhar Babu were also present at the event.
The Chief Minister stated that industrial incentives would continue in the state and that pending incentives would also be cleared. “The goal is to lead the state on the path of development. This government offers public administration. Invest, and the doors of the government are always open. In this regard, the government is always ready to accept suggestions and recommendations. Only when Dalits, tribals, and women become economically empowered will the economy be strengthened,” the Chief Minister said. To encourage Dalit entrepreneurs, necessary land allocations, incentives, subsidies, and facilities such as electricity will be provided.
The Chief Minister also mentioned that the government is moving forward with several schemes for the overall development of the state, under which the Future City in Telangana has been designed. A comprehensive development plan for investment, including radial roads between the ORR (Outer Ring Road) and the Regional Ring Road, has been prepared. The Chief Minister elaborated that many countries are adopting the ‘China Plus One’ strategy, and Telangana is the only viable option for investment due to the favorable conditions, making it an ideal choice.
