Hyderabad: Marking Indian Air Force Day with patriotic fervour, Army Public School Bolarum, in collaboration with Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha and Palmette Bicycling Club, organised a special Cyclothon to honour the courage, dedication and supreme sacrifices of the brave Air Warriors who continue to safeguard the nation’s skies.
The Cyclothon commenced from the premises of Army Public School Bolarum and was flagged off by Mrs. Smitha Govind, Principal, Army Public School Bolarum, Gp Capt PSR Krishna, and Major General N. Srinivas Rao (Retd.), National Vice-President and Telangana State President of Rashtriya Sainik Sanstha.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, cyclists and members of the community, who came together to express their admiration and gratitude towards the Indian Air Force. The spirited cycle rally served as a meaningful tribute to the indomitable courage, discipline and commitment of the Air Warriors who stand steadfast in the service of the nation.
The participation of the students added a special sense of pride and patriotism to the occasion. Riding together in honour of the Indian Air Force, the young participants demonstrated the values of courage, discipline, national pride and respect for the Armed Forces.
The Cyclothon not only commemorated Indian Air Force Day but also provided an opportunity to inspire the younger generation to understand and appreciate the sacrifices made by India’s Armed Forces. The event concluded on a spirited note, with participants reaffirming their respect and gratitude for the brave men and women who protect the nation with unwavering dedication.
